"Smoking Kills" is a fine art photography print that was originally photographed in Mumbai in January 2017. As a street photographer, I'm usually not looking down all that much since I'm usually interested in photographing people. But I couldn't help but notice a dead rat with a cigarette butt close by. No - this wasn't staged. As much as I love a good concept, I draw the line at moving dead things around that could have Bubonic Plague. I'm also not fond of Benson & Hedges Blue cigarettes, which happens to be the prime murder suspect in "Smoking Kills".
